How this list is made

OGE's index read every two hours; the newest filing posted Oct 24, 2026.

  • The list. Every filer OGE's index places at Level I or II of the Executive Schedule with a filing posted since Jan 20, 2025, no termination report since, and a filing as an official: a 278-T, an annual report, or a certification of ethics agreement compliance. One per single-seat office, the one filing in it most recently; the Federal Reserve Board's offices from the Board's page on federalreserve.gov. With the President and the Vice President, 59 officials.
  • On request. OGE releases some reports only on request: the SEC's and the FDA's heads' (2 officials on the list), and an annual report still under OGE's review. Those are listed by the day OGE posted them, with no trades.
  • The filings. Each posted 278-T and annual report is read once, from the filing's text, as the official filed it in Integrity.gov: the asset as printed, the type, the date, and the amount band, never summed. The annual report's transactions are its Part 7.
  • Filed late. A 278-T is due within 30 days of the notice of a trade and no later than 45 days after it. The form dates the trade and the filer's signature, not the notice, so a row counts as late only when it was signed more than 45 days after the trade, past any extension the form states.
  • Not here. The Federal Reserve Bank presidents file a yearly Form A with their own bank, not with OGE, so they are not on this list.
  • The President. The President files on paper, so his 278-Ts are read from their scans. His trades and the Vice President's are on their pages.
