Reverse splits this month

57

In October

57 reverse splits in October, taken effect or scheduled.

A reverse split cuts a company's share count and raises its share price by the same ratio, so a holder's stake is worth the same the moment it takes effect. Companies often do one after their exchange warns that the stock has stayed under $1, the lowest price it allows to stay listed.

Stock split questions

What stock splits are coming up?

14 stock splits scheduled, Oct 27 to Dec 17. The next 3 are ENLV's 1-for-16 reverse split on Oct 27, NUWE's 1-for-9 reverse split on Oct 27, and PARA's 1-for-10 reverse split on Oct 27.

What is a reverse stock split?

A reverse split cuts a company's share count and raises its share price by the same ratio, so a holder's stake is worth the same the moment it takes effect. Companies often do one after their exchange warns that the stock has stayed under $1, the lowest price it allows to stay listed.

What happens to my shares in a stock split?

The count changes at the open of the split's day and the price changes by the same ratio: in a 4-for-1 split each share becomes 4 at a quarter of the price, and in a 1-for-20 reverse split every 20 shares become 1 at 20 times the price. What the stake is worth does not change with the split itself.

Every stock here has a page with its Quality Score and its events, like ENLV. The drug developers' dates are on the FDA calendar.

Splits from Massive's record of corporate actions, read each morning. A split takes effect at the open of its day. Only a whole-number ratio is listed: never a stock dividend or a spin-off's price adjustment.

Each move since a split is from the stock's first open on the new share count, at prices 15 minutes behind.

Scores as of 6:26 PM ET, 15 minutes behind.
