What you need to use Breakaway's figures: what it is, who makes it, the files, the pages you can cite, and where to ask for the data behind them.
Breakaway in two lines
Breakaway (getbreakaway.com) is a stock scanner for US stocks that anyone can use free. It gives each of the 3,191 stocks it covers one number, the Quality Score, from its chart, its company's SEC filings, and the trades its insiders and members of Congress disclose, and ranks them by it.
Breakaway is built and run by its founder, Andrew Gomes.

Andrew Gomes
He writes the rules the score follows, reads the filings, and answers the support inbox himself. More on the About page.

Reuse and citing
Free to reuse with a link to this page. The CSV files hold the public filings as filed, never a Quality Score.
Cite a page as Breakaway, its title, its date, and its address, for example: Breakaway, Congress Stock Trades, Q3 2026, Oct 1, 2026, getbreakaway.com/congress/report/2026-q3. Each page's cite line is under “How to cite” at its foot.
