About Agios Pharmaceuticals
Agios Pharmaceuticals Inc is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the field of cellular metabolism to create differentiated medicines for rare diseases, with a focus on classical hematology. The company's primary focus is to develop potentially transformative small-molecule medicines. Its product candidate, Pyrukynd (mitapivat), is an activator of both wild-type and mutant pyruvate kinase enzymes, developed for the treatment of hemolytic anemias. The other drug candidates in its pipeline include Tebapivat (PK activator), being developed as a potential treatment for MDS-associated anemia and sickle cell disease, AG-181 (PAH stabilizer), AG-236 and others.

Insider trades, notable holders and profits come straight from the SEC. That means Form 4 filings, 13F filings and XBRL financial data on EDGAR. Government filings come from the public STOCK Act and Office of Government Ethics disclosures. The market-wide headlines on the market line also come from the public headline feeds CNBC, MarketWatch and Yahoo Finance publish, shown as the headline, the source and a link to the article. Splits, dividends, and the financial statements on each ticker page come from the vendor's reference data. The 8-K filings on EDGAR are read for the items that move a price. Five years of history is loaded for every stock. So the 200-day and 52-week traits rest on real history. Options flow is not part of the product.
