About Materion
Materion Corp offers products that include precious and non-precious specialty metals, inorganic chemicals and powders, specialty coatings, specialty engineered beryllium and copper-based alloys, beryllium composites, ceramics, and engineered clad and plated metal systems. Its segments are: Performance Materials provides beryllium and non-beryllium containing alloy systems and custom engineered parts. Electronic Materials produces chemicals, microelectronics packaging, and specialty metal products, including vapor deposition targets and preforms. Precision Optics produces thin film coatings and optical filter materials. The Other reportable segment includes unallocated corporate costs and assets. It operates in the United States, Asia, Europe, and other countries.

Government filings come from the public STOCK Act and Office of Government Ethics disclosures. The market-wide headlines on the market line also come from the public headline feeds CNBC, MarketWatch and Yahoo Finance publish, shown as the headline, the source and a link to the article. Splits, dividends, and the financial statements on each ticker page come from the vendor's reference data. The 8-K filings on EDGAR are read for the items that move a price. Five years of history is loaded for every stock. So the 200-day and 52-week checks rest on real history. Options flow is not part of the product.
