Capri Holdings is a marketer, distributor, and retailer of upscale accessories and apparel in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Michael Kors, Capri's original and largest brand by sales, offers handbags, footwear, and apparel through more than 600 company-owned stores, wholesale partners, and online. Jimmy Choo (acquired in 2017) is best known for women's luxury footwear. Its products are sold through third-party retailers, e-commerce platforms, and in more than 200 company-operated stores. John Idol has served as Capri's CEO since 2003.

Government filings come from the public STOCK Act and Office of Government Ethics disclosures. The market-wide headlines on the market line also come from the public headline feeds CNBC, MarketWatch and Yahoo Finance publish, shown as the headline, the source and a link to the article. Splits, dividends, and the financial statements on each ticker page come from the vendor's reference data. The 8-K filings on EDGAR are read for the items that move a price. Five years of history is loaded for every stock. So the 200-day and 52-week checks rest on real history. Options flow is not part of the product.
