Earnings

When does WK report, and what happens after?

Reports in about 6 weeks, around Nov 4, 2026, after close. An estimate until the company confirms the date in an 8‑K.

ReportedGapReaction5 sessions
Aug 4, 2026after close-0.1%+0.7%+12.7%
May 5, 2026after close-5.7%-7.0%-15.4%
Feb 19, 2026after close+10.1%+3.7%+4.1%
Nov 5, 2025after close+15.9%+5.8%+13.4%

The gap is the next open against the close before the report; the reaction is where that session closed. WK closed higher after 3 of its last 4. Past behavior, not a forecast.

Report dates and past reactions come from sessions that have already closed, so none of these figures move.

Questions

Straight answers.

Are the prices delayed?

Only on the public pages, which run at least 15 minutes behind. Members, trial included, see real-time prices: the scanner refreshes every 15 seconds, and your watchlist every few seconds, pre-market and after hours included.

Where does the data come from?

Daily bars, quotes, reference data, headlines, and short interest come from Massive, formerly Polygon, a licensed market data vendor. The age of the quotes is shown at the top of every page. Insider trades, notable holders and profits come straight from the SEC. That means Form 4 filings, 13F filings and XBRL financial data on EDGAR. Government filings come from the public STOCK Act and Office of Government Ethics disclosures. The market-wide headlines on the market line also come from the public headline feeds CNBC, MarketWatch and Yahoo Finance publish, shown as the headline, the source and a link to the article. Splits, dividends, and the financial statements on each ticker page come from the vendor's reference data. The 8-K filings on EDGAR are read for the items that move a price. Five years of history is loaded for every stock. So the 200-day and 52-week traits rest on real history. Options flow is not part of the product.

What does it cost?

One plan with everything in it: $29 a month, $69 for three months, or $249 a year. You pick the billing period when the trial ends, and payments go through Stripe, so Breakaway never sees your card.

Is this investment advice?

No. It is a screening tool that scores stocks on the chart, the company's own results, and the news and filings. It does not know your situation and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Please do your own research.

The price, the score, the traits, and the industry rank on this page are delayed at least 15 minutes. Filings are shown as filed, because a disclosure is already days or weeks old when it becomes public. Earnings dates and past reactions are settled sessions.
