About LGI Homes
LGI Homes Inc is engaged in the design, construction, and sale of new homes in markets. The company's current product offerings include entry-level homes, including both detached homes and townhomes, and move-up homes sold, which are sold under the LGI Homes brand, and luxury series homes, which are sold under the Terrata Homes brand. It offers a set number of floor plans in each community with features that include upgrades, such as granite countertops, appliances, and ceramic tile flooring. The company has seven operating segments: West, Northwest, Central, Midwest, Florida, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic. The majority of the revenue is generated from the Central division segment.

Insider trades, notable holders and profits come straight from the SEC. That means Form 4 filings, 13F filings and XBRL financial data on EDGAR. Government filings come from the public STOCK Act and Office of Government Ethics disclosures. The market-wide headlines on the market line also come from the public headline feeds CNBC, MarketWatch and Yahoo Finance publish, shown as the headline, the source and a link to the article. Splits, dividends, and the financial statements on each ticker page come from the vendor's reference data. The 8-K filings on EDGAR are read for the items that move a price. Five years of history is loaded for every stock. So the 200-day and 52-week checks rest on real history. Options flow is not part of the product.
