Shift4 Payments Inc is an independent provider of software and payment processing solutions in the U.S., expanding internationally. Its payments platform offers integrated products and services across in-store, online, mobile and tablet-based channels, including end-to-end payment processing, merchant acquiring services, a proprietary omni-channel gateway, eCommerce capabilities, and reporting tools. The company distributes its services through internal sales teams and partners, including independent software vendors (ISVs) and value-added resellers (VARs). Revenue is predominantly recurring, derived mainly from processing fees and subscription revenue from POS software, business intelligence tools and other technology solutions. The company derives maximum revenue from the United States.

Daily bars, quotes, reference data, headlines, and short interest come from Massive, formerly Polygon, a licensed market data vendor. The age of the quotes is shown at the top of every page. Insider trades, notable holders and profits come straight from the SEC. That means Form 4 filings, 13F filings and XBRL financial data on EDGAR. Government filings come from the public STOCK Act and Office of Government Ethics disclosures. The market-wide headlines on the market line also come from the public headline feeds CNBC, MarketWatch and Yahoo Finance publish, shown as the headline, the source and a link to the article. Splits, dividends, and the financial statements on each ticker page come from the vendor's reference data. The 8-K filings on EDGAR are read for the items that move a price. Five years of history is loaded for every stock. So the 200-day and 52-week checks rest on real history. Options flow is not part of the product.
