What's next for CNTB, and how long its cash lasts

From Connect Biopharma Holdings’s SEC filings and ClinicalTrials.gov: the company’s own words, the registry’s dates, and arithmetic, not a forecast. Companies often miss their own dates.

Cash runway Jun 30 balance sheet

About 2 quarters

$31.5M in cash and short-term investments, at its spending over the last year

What it means: how long the cash would last at the same pace, before any new money. The company's own estimate is “into the second half of 2027” (8-K, May 12).

For Pro members: the cash used each quarter, and the math.

Dilution on the horizon

  • Shelf registration (F-3, filed Jun 10, 2025)
  • At-the-market share sales program (F-3, filed Jun 10, 2025)

A shelf lets a company sell shares later; an at-the-market program sells them into the market over time. Neither is a sale by itself.

For Pro members: the amounts, and the share count against a year ago.

Insiders

Director James Huang bought 150,000 shares on May 29. 1 more insider trade this year.

From their own Form 4 filings: buys and sales in the market, not awards or shares withheld for tax.

Straight Answers

Are the prices delayed?

Only on the public pages, which run at least 15 minutes behind. Pro members, and anyone on a guest pass, see real-time prices: the scanner refreshes every 15 seconds, and your watchlist every few seconds, pre-market and after hours included.

Where does the data come from?

Daily bars, quotes, reference data, headlines, and short interest come from Massive, formerly Polygon, a licensed market data vendor. The age of the quotes is shown at the top of every page. Insider trades, notable holders, and profits come straight from the SEC. That means Form 4 filings, 13F filings, and XBRL financial data on EDGAR. Where a company's SEC figures leave the Quality Score's sales, share count, or cash flow line empty, the score reads that figure from Massive's statements, and the Score tab says so. Government filings come from the public STOCK Act and Office of Government Ethics disclosures. The market-wide headlines on the market line also come from the public headline feeds CNBC, MarketWatch, and Yahoo Finance publish, shown as the headline, the source, and a link to the article. Splits, dividends, and the financial statements on each ticker page come from the vendor's reference data. The 8-K filings on EDGAR are read for the items that move a price. Five years of history is loaded for every stock. So the 200-day and 52-week checks rest on real history. Options flow is not part of the product.

Is this investment advice?

No. It is a screening tool that scores stocks on the chart, the company's own results, and the news and filings. It does not know your situation and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Please do your own research.

The price, the score, the chart checks and readings, and the industry rank on this page are delayed at least 15 minutes. Filings are shown as filed, because a disclosure is already days or weeks old when it becomes public. Earnings dates and past reactions are settled sessions.
