TriCo Bancshares is a California corporation organized to act as a bank holding company for Tri Counties Bank. The Bank is a California-chartered bank that is engaged in the general commercial and retail banking business in California counties. The Bank provides a breadth of personal, small business, and commercial financial services, including accepting demand, savings and time deposits and making small business, commercial, real estate, and consumer loans, as well as a range of treasury management services and other customary banking services including safe deposit boxes at some branches. The company's primary source of revenue is the net interest income. Its banking and financial services are provided through full-service branches and commercial banking offices across California.

Government filings come from the public STOCK Act and Office of Government Ethics disclosures. The market-wide headlines on the market line also come from the public headline feeds CNBC, MarketWatch and Yahoo Finance publish, shown as the headline, the source and a link to the article. Splits, dividends, and the financial statements on each ticker page come from the vendor's reference data. The 8-K filings on EDGAR are read for the items that move a price. Five years of history is loaded for every stock. So the 200-day and 52-week checks rest on real history. Options flow is not part of the product.
