About Northeast Bank
Northeast Bank provides banking and financial services to individual and corporate customers in the United States. The bank conducts its loan-related activities through two primary channels: the National Lending Division and the Small Business Division. Its loan portfolio comprises residential mortgage loans; multi-family and other commercial real estate loans; commercial and industrial loans; consumer loans; and small business administration loans, among others. Additionally, the bank provides telephone banking, online banking, mobile banking, and remote deposit capture services, and other banking products and services. The majority of its revenue is derived in the form of interest and dividends.

Insider trades, notable holders and profits come straight from the SEC. That means Form 4 filings, 13F filings and XBRL financial data on EDGAR. Government filings come from the public STOCK Act and Office of Government Ethics disclosures. The market-wide headlines on the market line also come from the public headline feeds CNBC, MarketWatch and Yahoo Finance publish, shown as the headline, the source and a link to the article. Splits, dividends, and the financial statements on each ticker page come from the vendor's reference data. The 8-K filings on EDGAR are read for the items that move a price. Five years of history is loaded for every stock. So the 200-day and 52-week checks rest on real history. Options flow is not part of the product.
