HomeTrust Bancshares Inc operates as a bank holding company. It engaged in the business of planning, directing and coordinating the business activities of the Bank. The Bank is a North Carolina state chartered bank and provides a range of retail and commercial banking products. Its principal business consists of attracting deposits from the general public and investing those funds, along with borrowed funds, in commercial real estate loans, construction and development loans, commercial and industrial loans, equipment finance leases, municipal leases, loans secured by first and second mortgages on one-to-four family residences including home equity loans and other consumer loans.

Insider trades, notable holders and profits come straight from the SEC. That means Form 4 filings, 13F filings and XBRL financial data on EDGAR. Government filings come from the public STOCK Act and Office of Government Ethics disclosures. The market-wide headlines on the market line also come from the public headline feeds CNBC, MarketWatch and Yahoo Finance publish, shown as the headline, the source and a link to the article. Splits, dividends, and the financial statements on each ticker page come from the vendor's reference data. The 8-K filings on EDGAR are read for the items that move a price. Five years of history is loaded for every stock. So the 200-day and 52-week checks rest on real history. Options flow is not part of the product.
